　　More and more requirements are being imposed on product processing. Many products require composite processing, which often requires a number of different devices to carry out a series of processing steps at the same time, which doesn’t seem to be convenient for operation.

What many kinds of small-batch products count on the composite processing is to significantly shorten the overall time needed for processing from material feeding to the finished products through the integration of processes.

　　Typically, in the case of multi-variety small-batch production, the time required for the entire production process is much longer than the actual time for machining workpieces. The fixed costs of the plant are mostly bet on the entire processing cycle. In other words, it is only within the time of machining products of different shapes according to different materials can the plant obtains added values, while the moving between processes and the waiting for processes are the loss of valuable time. Thus, the purpose of composite processing is to increase the time for creating added values in the entire production cycle.

　　With this kind of CNC equipment, composite processing can quickly shorten the entire rationalized processing course of multi-variety and small-batch production. In addition, because of the small volume of the overall products, the mass-volume production mode using a dedicated production line has been outdated.
