Domestic CNC machinery needs to be equipped with a “foreign tool”

　　The replacement rate of machinery and equipment is always astonishingly fast. The equipment bought a few years ago or even a few months ago is soon to be replaced by more high-end new products, which seems to always take people off guard.

　　As the high-end CNC mechanical equipment, the product plays a role of a “pioneer soldier” in the entire industry. In many areas, the production line production of CNC equipment is emerging. However, as the range of applications is becoming more and more extensive, a sharp contradiction has emerged: the advanced equipment cannot find an advanced matching machine tool made in China.

　　It is understood that the main tools needed by some domestic processing enterprises are the carbide cutting tools, while in the tool market, probably due to technical defects or some other reasons, manufacturers tend to choose high-speed steel and some low-standard tools, thus ceding the high-end tool markets with high added values and high-tech content to foreign enterprises.

　　As a result, many companies using CNC equipment production lines have to purchase the so-called “foreign knife”, which is a very embarrassing situation. On the one hand, the master devices are being continuously updated, but on the other hand, the “advanced nature” of the supporting parts seems to be off the beat.
